• Management Trainee (Technical) - 246 Posts
• Management Trainee (Administration) - 100 Posts

Pay Scale : ₹ 20,600/- - 3% -₹ 46,500/-

Educational Qualification :-

• For MT (Technical) - Degree in Engineering (full time) with 65% marks in the discipline of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Electronics & Instrumentation, Ceramic, Civil, Computer Science, Mining or Chemical Engineering. For Computer Science discipline, MCA (3 Years Full Time) with 65% marks.
• For MT (Administration) - For HR, Marketing & Material Bachelor's Degree in Discipline with 60% marks with at least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management & Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management/ Master in Human Resource & Organization Development for HR discipline, Marketing for Marketing discipline & Production/ Operations/ Materials/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management for Material discipline.

Age Limit - The upper age limit is 30 years as on 01-02-2015 i.e. born earlier than 01-02-1985
